Winter Watering

We are coming into colder weather and it is important to keep newly planted trees watered until the ground is frozen. We highly recommend that you water your trees, shrubs, and evergreens this week with a deep watering. Put the hose on low and let the water trickle in deeply for 30-40 minutes depending on the size of the plant. The most important thing for anything newly planted is to not go dormant dry. The water acts as an insulator during the coldest months.
