Deer Rut Tree GuardFriday, October 25, 2019 | Updates
Fall is deer rutting season. During this time deer will rub their antlers as part of their mating ritual. It takes them little or no time to destroy your tree. Most often this causes life threatening damage, if not certain death to your trees. Young or newly planted trees are especially vulnerable.
Although nothing is foolproof, we recommend applying a deer guard to all newly planted trees. The initial cost may seem high, but deer rut damage is NOT covered by our warranty.
